I was first licensed as a real estate agent in Colorado in 1991, and with the trust that I have been given that has allowed me to be directly involved in around one thousand transactions and also supervised around two thousand transactions, I can only assure you that accomplishing those numbers is much easier said than done however, that has allowed me to become a more skilful and effective negotiator that during such a significant transaction that you undertake when you buy or sell a home, is simply critical to have and can’t afford to be without.
There should not exist any non-transparency when you are a party to a real estate transaction as your clear and full understanding of our transparency process is key to allow you to have the peace of mind that is extremely crucial for us to become your real estate broker for life.
